    Very interesting and helpful article.

I am trying for a while now to integrate some yoga into my calisthenics routine and have found some very awesome exercises.

I will definitely try the sun salutation and the extended side angle.

I never believed in yoga until recently and I have come to the realization that it is really awesome.

Thank you for the amazing information !

Yoga is definitely one of the best things for staying healthy and I’ve done yoga a lot when I was younger.

  5. Wow, I never knew that how you eat is almost as important as what you eat when it comes to losing weight. This has opened my eyes and I will be putting these tips into practice right away. I also really enjoyed the 7 practices tips and will also be adding them to my regular routine. Love your writing style. It really made for a wonderful read. I will definitely be back for more great tips. Keep up the good work.

I have only done basic yoga, so these moves are way beyond me. But what it has done is given me something to aspire to. If I keep working hard, maybe I can get to this level eventually!

Hi Andrea, great article. I like the seven poses you have posted up as well. Boat works well for me and usually if I hold the pose a bit longer, I can feel the burn in my belly. But sometimes I worry if it will strain my back, because sometimes I do use the spine to balance the pose. All in all, thanks for sharing this!

Thanks for your tips on working the abs in a yoga workout. I enjoy finding new fitness routines during my free time and it’s nice to find something that doesn’t involve lots of situps or crunches . I think that the boat pose is the most challenging but effective exercise to strengthen the abs.

    • Andrea Bobby says:

The boat pose can be challenging at first. Try the half boat in the beginning to build up your strength until you can move into the full boat.
Let me know how it goes!
